Welcome to GifGenerator, a GIF creation project.
By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using GifGenerator, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
  • Agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy

2. Description of Services

GifGenerator is an AI GIF generator: it turns text prompts and uploaded photos into looping GIFs and lets you edit them (speed, frames, loop direction, captions and AI point edits). Generations use credits; free credits are available without payment, and more credits come with paid plans and one-time credit packs.

We may update, enhance, or discontinue features at our discretion.

3. Account Registration

An account is required to access full platform features.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
Report unauthorized access immediately to [email protected].

4. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Prices, credits and billing terms of each plan and credit pack are shown before purchase
  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually based on your selection
  • You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe

5. Refund Policy

Digital services are delivered immediately upon activation.
Refunds are generally not available after AI generation credits have been used.
Exceptions apply for technical failures, duplicate charges, or billing errors — contact us within 7 days of purchase.

6. Licensing and Ownership

Any AI-generated content created using GifGenerator:

  • Are yours to use under the terms of your plan
  • Free plan: personal, non-commercial use only
  • Any paid plan (monthly or annual) or credit pack: commercial use permitted, including client projects

You are responsible for ensuring your uploaded reference images do not infringe third-party copyrights.
GifGenerator retains ownership of its AI systems, platform, and underlying technology.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use GifGenerator to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, discriminatory, or infringes others' rights
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise our AI systems
  • Resell or redistribute the platform's technology
  • Upload images you do not have rights to use

Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content — including logos, UI elements, and underlying code — is the property of GifGenerator.
Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

GifGenerator is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
We are not liable for indirect damages including lost revenue or business opportunities.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
