Whether you have a question about making a GIF, need help with your account or billing, or want to tell us what to build next, we'd like to hear from you. Every message is read by a person on the GifGenerator team.

We reply within 24 hours on business days (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM UTC), and usually much sooner.

Help us help you faster

When you write about a specific GIF, please include:

• the email address of your GifGenerator account (if you are signed in);
• the share link of the GIF, or the time you made it;
• whether you used Text to GIF or Image to GIF, and Fast or Detailed;
• what you expected and what happened instead — a screenshot helps.

What we can help with

• Generating GIFs: prompts that don't come out as expected, GIFs that fail or time out, photo uploads that are rejected.
• The AI GIF editor: speed, frames, captions and point edits.
• Account and sign-in: signing in with Google, and managing your account.
• Credits, plans and billing: subscriptions, credit packs, invoices, cancellations and refund requests (see our Refund Policy).
• Feedback and feature requests: new styles, frame options, export formats and anything else you'd like to see.
• Reporting content: if you see a shared GIF that breaks our Terms of Service, send us the link and we'll review it.
